  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • CartOver reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

4. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • CartOver is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, CartOver is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
  • CartOver does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • CartOver has no control over these fees and will not reimburse any such charges.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided (if available) once the order has been shipped.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status using the provided tracking details.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
  • Customers must ensure all order details are correct before completing the purchase.

9. Multiple Shipments

  • Items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability.
  • Customers may receive multiple packages for a single order.

10. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, CartOver’s responsibility is considered fulfilled.
  • Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Any additional handling fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
